One can clarify, define, categorize, and articulate creative thought; drag through volumes
of projection hypothesis and envelop oneself in analytical chatter "til blue in the face."
I'm more interested in the colour blue it will be.
In general I've been influenced by the dramatic, the flat, the huge and the very small, the
colourful and mono-oblique, but never singularly impressed. I find the connected continuity of
painting, drawing, photography, and the three dimensional arts as obvious as wings and flight.
Unlimited possibility is the nucleus of my art. The untamed free association and synthesis
unhampered by revered iconography. My work is abstract-symbolic chance, composite,
androgynous, juxtapostion, recordings of what I see within/without, imagined parts and
pieces of film from the universal odeum.
This is my journey. My imagination is my gift. I try not to take it too seriously, don't believe in
my own publicity, take notes on changes in the weather, keep an open mind and rest in peace.
